Smelled like victory


velho-diburros-braga-sketchbookI love the smell of a last sketchbook page in the morning. You know, one time we had a pretty new book, lots of blank pages. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn’t find one of ’em, not one stinkin’ dink white space. The smell, you know that coffee smell, the padoca. Smelled like… Victory.
